Refund policy
Order Changes
You can update your order details—such as light color, size, shipping address, or phone number—within 24 hours of placing the order. After your lighting fixture has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is generally not accepted. If you still wish to cancel after shipment, a cancellation fee of 10% to 30% will apply to cover handling, storage, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes:
Due to lighting and screen differences, colors of our light fixtures may vary slightly from images.
Sizes are approximate due to manual measurements.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for Return:
Lighting fixtures must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all protective films, labels, and packaging intact.
Items must include all original components such as mounting hardware, bulbs (if included), instruction manuals, and accessories.
The product must not show any signs of wiring, installation, or modification.
The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return:
Lighting that has been installed, wired, or altered in any way.
(Once a fixture has been installed, even if unlit, it is considered used and cannot be returned.)
Items without original packaging, missing parts, or returned in damaged condition.
Custom lighting fixtures, unless defective or damaged in transit.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without explanation. Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, with tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, please email info@semilighting.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 24 hours to provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Approved returns must be shipped to the provided address. Please keep tracking details, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.
Shipping and Exchange Fees
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
To exchange an item, please return the original first and place a new order.
Special Situations
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
