1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that there may be slight delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods
Shipping Time: 7-14 business days.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
The shipping method will be selected by our team based on the delivery address.
4. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: All orders come with free shipping within the United States.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.
Delivery Times = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Your order will typically arrive within 12–24 business days after processing. Please note: Business days refer to Monday through Saturday and do not include Sundays or public holidays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package.
If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer compensation or a replacement when applicable.
Please inspect the package upon receipt. If there is any visible damage, please take photos before accepting delivery.
8. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a return window of 30 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Eligible for Return:
Lighting fixtures must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all protective films, labels, and packaging intact.
Items must include all original components such as mounting hardware, bulbs (if included), instruction manuals, and accessories.
The product must not show any signs of wiring, installation, or modification.
The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return:
Lighting that has been installed, wired, or altered in any way.
(Once a fixture has been installed, even if unlit, it is considered used and cannot be returned.)
Items without original packaging, missing parts, or returned in damaged condition.
Custom lighting fixtures, unless defective or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received, we aim to process it within 10 business days.
